He Will Carry You!

I have to emphasize that God certainly cares about how we feel. Not long ago, I was kind of beating myself up about some things and God gently reminded me of lyrics to a song I use to sing many years ago when I first started in ministry.  The song was entitled "He Will Carry You", by Tim Sheppherd.

Immediately I began to review, in my mind, all of the times, since coming to know the Lord, that I made it when I did not think I could.  The pain, tears, and endless questions.  It has been in those times that I wasn't hanging on because of my own strength, but because my heavenly Father had His arms tight around me carrying me along the way.  Just like my dad did with me and like I do my own children...at least the ones I can still carry :)

God is no respector of persons, what He will do for one...He will do for you today.  He loves you and cares about every detail of where you are and where you are going.  You may not feel, see it, or be aware of it...but in the midst of your circumstances...God is carrying you.

I hope these lyrics touch your heart today:

He will carry you, when your love won't go any farther
When you waived good bye to the very last dream of your life
He will cary you when the tears pour out like a river
When you cry in the night not to wake til the morning light

He will carry you, He will carry you, shine His love on you
When you've given up, He will lift you up, wrap His arms around you
When you can't go on, He will make you strong, never let you go
He will carry you, no matter how heavy your load

And even though, He loves you so
You gotta take alot of heart ache if you ever want to grow
So don't give in, to the fears within
You gotta know He'll be there to catch when you're falling
He'll never turn away when He hears you calling

He will carry you, He will carry you, shine His love on you
When you've given up, He will lift you up, wrap His arms around you
When you can't go on, He will make you strong, never let you go
He will carry you, no matter how heavy your load

Facing Forward!
Stan
